Last night I made bakwan (Indonesian's pancake) for dinner. It was not really my intention to have this for dinner. However my friend, Wiwin told me that afternoon how she really was craving for fried banana. And that suddenly made me crave for bakwan. I originally plan having crab sticks for dinner, so that was when I though...hey why don't I just include this crab sticks to the dough. Then after I fried the bakwan, I top it of with satay sauce. Bakwan accompanies with satay or peanut sauce really is delicious. I always love to have this sauce on bakwan since I was a beautiful cute little girl lol.
